Our 3 step process

1. Initial Assessment

Every patient is treated individually with special care taken to listen to you and your individual problem. Make notes of when the pain started and when it’s at it’s worst. The more feedback you can give the more efficient we can be!

2. Source The Problem

In our experience with our patients, many physios are able to manage the pain but very few actually solve the problem. At Your Sports Therapist we do both, we help to relieve the pain but at the same time look to cure the problem creating it. You will be surprised at where the source of some problems lie!

3. Solve The Problem

Our goal is to solve the problem as quickly and as correctly as possible. Many patients see results after the first session, others need a couple of sessions, others need longer, it all depends on the individual. We will advise you on exercises to complete at home and the approximate number of treatments needed.
